Our History
Established in 1974
The Timid Rabbit moved to Kalamazoo in 1979 and has grown in size and reputation since then. We are a family owned business with the same owners since opening. Antony Gerard and Laura (Gerard/Intgroen) are the owners and pride themselves on quality and quantity. We are a year-round costume shop, but at Halloween time, we are also known as The Halloween Shop on West Main.
Specialties
We specialize in costume rentals, props, wigs, and most of your theatrical needs. We also have a large RETAIL department for those who would rather purchase their costumes, accessories, wigs and make-up. We also manufacture masks, mascots and novelty items
